Description: The MDMS Programme Test Phase consists of a 2 pass approach. Pass one is referred to as Product Test, and pass two as Integration Test.
Product Test is a functional test pass consisting of end-to-end business processes within the CS – Fusion – MDMS framework using new and migrated data across MDMS and its impacted systems (internal and external).  The objective is to validate that the delivered system meets the functional business requirements.
Integration Test is a function test pass that will test end-to-end business processes and interfaces for all systems within the scope of the project application architecture. The goal is to confirm that complete business process lifecycles are supported.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team management (3 test analysts) to deliver Product Test and Integration Test;
• Coordinate test execution and ensure all test scripts and test conditions are successfully tested and completed;
• Report on testing status, manage testing issues and risks;
• Participate in daily defect review meetings;
• Document and escalate issues, risks, and defects as needed;
• Track actual progress against planned and raise issues and risks as required;
• Updating Test Execution Results and Reporting defects in Quality Center;
• Test execution on Oracle web applications (Master Data Management, Fusion Middleware 11g), on BizTalk Mobility and Logica Headed Systems;
• Analyzing the responses sent to head end or messages received from head end via oracle enterprise manager data flow diagrams;
• Writing queries on IBM Mainframe QMF which is the customer service database.

Description: Smart Metering rollout requires the creation and improvement of processes, systems and organisational structure for SAP ISU and EWM; this is done by Smart Operating Model project started on September 2011.
As a Test Lead was my responsibility to manage the onshore (2 test analysts) and offshore (6 test analysts) team, write the test plan, prepare the test data and the test environment, estimate the User Story and execute the Functional Testing, FIT and FRT.

• Prepare the Software Test Plan.
• Check / Review the Test Cases document
• Allocate resource to User Stories based on Agile methodology.
• Analyze requirements during the requirements analysis phase of projects.
• Keep track of the new requirements from the Project.
• Forecast / Estimate the Project future requirements.
• Arrange the Hardware and software requirement for the Test Setup.
• Develop and implement test plans.
• Escalate the issues about project requirements (Software, Hardware, Resources) to Project Manager / Test Manager.
• Escalate the issues in the application to the Client.
• Assign task to all Testing Team members and ensure that all of them have sufficient work in the project.
• Organize the meetings.
• Prepare the Agenda for the meeting, for example: Weekly Team meeting etc.
• Attend the regular client call and discuss the weekly status with the client.
• Send the Status Report (Daily, Weekly etc.) to the Client.
• Frequent status-check meetings with the Team.
• Act as the single point of contact between Development and Testers for iterations,

Project:                  BGSM - British Gas Smart Metering
Description: BGSM will allow their engineers to work effectively using their own hand held terminals (H1 toughbook Panasonic) over a 3G signal. Call centre will create and book appointments for their customers where then the MRS system will allocate an engineer within the same neighbourhood and automatically schedule the job.  The engineer will then use the Mobile device to download their appointment jobs where they will be able to process the job quickly and effectively.  Once the job is complete the details are then sent back into SAP where the relevant tables are then populated and stored. These details are then used for the other main SAP modules from logistics of materials to finance and accounting and others that make up the whole system.  All of the above has been built upon a SAP IS-U solution
As a Test Analyst it was my responsibility to design and execute testing for all the SAP IS-U solutions, Netweaver middleware and Fild Systems.
My role spanned Functional, Integration and regression responsibilties. I started the project, testing the functionality of the Field Systems application, the front end of a tripartite system of SAP backend, SAP middleware and finally user interface. As Agile sprint testing finished I then played an integral role in the Phase 2 FIT and FRT stages, then Smart Phase 3 and Smart Prepayment Drop 2 functional, FIT and FRT stages.

Description: Testing a VoIP platform on the network for Tesco FMC portal, which significantly reduced Tesco’s voice and data call costs, as well as enabling the introduction of a Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) solution for Tesco employees.

FMC, a service offered exclusively by Cable&Wireless in the UK, enabled Tesco staff to use their existing mobile phone for all calls – operating as a fixed line phone in the office, and roaming on to a mobile network when outside. The service will better equip Tesco’s ‘mobile’ employees, such as logistics staff, as well as significantly reducing its call and equipment costs.

Key Responsibilities:
